Our espressos are made by using multiple origin coffee beans and always roasted separately according to their own individual profiles.
This insures optimum quality by bringing out each beans distinct flavours.
Perfect 555 Espresso Royale
A chocolate lovers treat! Amazing chocolate undertones! Five unique beans from five different countries, roasted separately at five different temperatures. Incredibly smooth, exotic, sweet and well balanced. A cup of perfection!
Valhalla Espresso Italiano
Unique, very heavy body with a rich smoky flavour, yet elegant. Great in all types of espresso machines. Also makes a full flavoured drip coffee.
DARK ROASTS
Our darkest roast levels. Sugars are beginning to carbonize at this roast level revealing a bittersweet quality and smoky aroma. French and Italian roasted coffee is very dark brown in colour with oil coating the surface of the beans.
Snug Cove Italian Roast
Dark, spicy, complex, with a superbly heavy body. Very full flavour .By far, our most popular blend.
Hood Point French Roast
Smooth creamy body with a sweet, full flavour.
Queen Charlotte Heights Decafe Spanish Roast
Rich, thick, dark, exotic and ultra spicy. The best Decafe you'll ever taste!
MEDIUM ROASTS
A medium roast offers a balance between the flavor imparted by the roasting process and the flavor of the coffee.
Bluewater Medium Dark Roast
Exotic, spicy and earthy with a deep rich flavour.
Fairweather Medium Roast
Unique and very smooth; fragrant and nicely balanced.
LIGHT ROAST
Dark enough to begin to caramelize sugars and awaken the acidity and flavours previously trapped in the hard membranes of the coffee beans. This roast level has a caramel colour with little or no oil on the surface of the beans.
Mt. Gardner Breakfast Blend
Light and silky smooth with a mild nutty flavour. This blend will get you ready to hike any mountain. Extra caffeine, great for the morning boost!
